Hi , seems like other processes like malware is running at the same time as you are streaming video and so resource hogging as the expense of smooth video - i would suggest, if not done so , running full system file scans using your installed anti-virus and anti-spyware programs
If none installed then i suggest start with malwarebytes and superantispyware
Run both in normal and safe mode

Browser is Google Chrome . McAfee finds no viruses or spyware on complete scan.

What else did you use to check with besides McCrappy?

Have you tried using Internet Explorer to watch videos on? Does IE experience the same behavior as Google Chrome?

I gather you are not a fan of McAfee. What is the issue. It was free.

I think its the fact that alot of members here (me included) feel that the Norton and McAfee security suites can cause a lot of issues when installed on users computers and they can also slow down your system.

I don't use McAfee or Norton but I don't think McAfee is causing the issue here. You can try disabling it temporarily and see if that makes the computer run smoother but I think one of your Internet Browsers may be the cause of the stuttering video problem.

Burned me 2 times years ago and it was FREE to me. I checked for updates manually every morning and it did also on it's own everyday by itself. Norton also burned me the same way. Went to AVG after that for years and never got burned. Now use MSE and haven't had a problem either.

And you still didn't answer what else you use besides McAfee?
SAS, MBAM, SpwareBlaster, Spybot or what else?
Nobody makes a program the will find everything. That is why there are different programs out there that do different things. Some are better at it than others.

Thanks everyone! IE solved the issue so solong to Chrome. But rather than stick with IE have switched to Firefox. I would much rather use AVlG but I lost it when my last computer died and will use again when McAfee runs out.
