Having trouble with Adobe Shockwave in Chrome and Firefox in Win 7 Pro 32bit system. Browsers become unresponsive or very slow. Firefox works fine when I remove Shockwave. I am unable to remove Shockwave in Chrome as it is built in. I have been using Chrome for a long time and this problem is new, possibly related to latest issue of Shockwave?

I gave up on Chrome and went to Firefox which ran fine until I ran into a website that asked for Shockwave. It ran OK for a day or two and then started having the same problems as Chrome. When I removed Shockwave, Firefox went back to OK.

I have two other PC's running win 7 pro, and they do not have this problem.
Have you seen this or similar problem?

    Thanks
