Popup window will not open fully

I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium / Internet Explorer 9. This morning, when I opened up a chat window, the window would only open up partially, not allowing me to see everything I needed to see. I cannot drag it open further with the mouse.
I've tried different things in the Tabs settings but to no avail. I can set it so it will open up in another window, but I prefer to have it open up in a popup window, which it does but not completely. Can someone give me advice as to what I should do to overcome this snag. Thanks!

 

Try the chat on this site - as stated, this popup only opens up partically - actually it opens up full size and quickly shrinks back to half size and then not allow me to open it up again.

From what I see, this is normal. That is the way that they have it set and I don't believe you can change it. What did THEY say when you asked them about it?

 

Try this:

1. Download, install and run Sizer.
   
   
2. Go back to your Bell Aliant page and click either blue "Chat live!" button.
   
   
3. Right click the very top of the now open Chat window, select "Resize/Repostion ", then select something like "640x480" or "800x600 ".
   
   Note: Sometimes in Windows 7 you have to move the mouse pointer to the extreme top edge of a window until it changes to a double-arrowhead, then you can select the size you want.
