Hi T&S. Based on the description it sounds like another one of those typical system optimization programs.

You can use it if you want but I would be very cautious about it. If it wants to clean the registry then I wouldn't touch it since cleaning up the registry is only required in special circumstances and it will not help with improving system performance. Also, registry cleaners should only be used by experienced computer users who know what they are doing and who understand the risks with removing registry entries.

There are other good cleaning utilities that are safer such as CCleaner. So if you want a good disk cleanup uitility then CCleaner is the one that I would use.
