WMA plug-in for Nero

I downloaded and installed the WMA Plug-in for Nero 5.5 (from the Ahead website) which is supposed to install WMA support (decoding) within Nero 5.5, Nero Express and NeroMIX. Nero can encode to .wma format, but can't open them (if I select a .wma file for encoding to .mp3 for example, I get an error message stating it cannot open the file). Also, Nero Mix cannot play .wma files and they are not listed in the supported file types. What gives? Thanks!

Thanks Daizy...I haven't found a solution yet, and I checked out the site in your post, but still can't get Nero to open WMA files. I had e-mail correspondence going with a Nero support tech until I lost the saved mail with a system revert via GoBack. His suggestions included turning off the Person Rights Management in WMP (which was already off) and making sure the WMA.DLL was in the Nero plugin folder (it was). I redownloaded and reinstalled the plugin several times, but no luck. I can play WMA with WMP and Musicmatch Jukebox, but Nero just downright refuses the dern things.
