Scrambled Icons-Virus?

    Hi: Well, I may have picked up a virus/trojan...Has anyone seen something like this; My computer is fine for about ten minutes..Then, whenever I move my mouse toward an icon, the icon scoots away from it and I cannot ever get to the icon to click on it...I tried removing the ShellIconCache file in Windows, to no avail...My virus scanner does not pick up any viruses/trojans on the system...Anything else I can look for? Any ideas are welcome!
