I just reformatted my HDD, and re-installed F'fox11, but the Search window, and for that matter, the URL window is too small. I can't see but maybe 12-13 characters in the Search window. Worse, when I highlight 1 of the aggregate possibilities it won't even show that entire phrase, so I don't know which one to pick.:mad: I went to the customization option under Tools, but I didn't see anything there to help me either.:confused:

    Try this:
    1. Right-click any blank spot to the right of the Tab(s) and select Customize...

    2. If necessary, move the Customize Toolbar box that just popped up, down and out of the way a bit.

    3. On the right end of the URL/Address line is a little search engine box. Grab the icon for whatever Search engine you're using and drag it down a bit and let go. The Search engine box should now be below the URL/Address line.

    4. Pull the Customize Toolbox window back up and click the Done button inside it to close it.

  3. to hide this advert.

    Doc ...

Your step #4 isn't necessary ... just click on the close button in the upper right corner of the Customize Toolbar window. As an example of just how much the FF toolbars can be customized, here's a screenshot of mine.
