I am getting an error message when I click on anything on my Desktop. The message reads; Windows cannot find; example 'I:\program files\Mozilla Firefox, etc. even though the program will execute and run. The error message has no other effect than showing up.

I would run sfc /scannow to ensure all files are as they should be. Neil.

    Neil,
Wouldn't you know it, I type in sfc and the error message pops up again. I know it's got to be that some files got moved or something. Had to resort to Safe Mode to run sfc. Everything a-okay. It's amazing how many little things you forget to do even when there right in front of you. Thanks Neil.
