trusted installer permission

    my name is Reg, i'm 71 i am a Slow typer,so be pat onsent with me and fore give my bad spelling. i need help with the fallowing..
    when i opened win.media player, i found around 30 videos [from who i don't know] thare are 4 to 6 videos of the same thing, up to 20 seconds long, when i try to delete tem off my hard drive, it says i need permission from trusted installer to change/deete them HELP!!!
    P .S. please remember, i am abit stupid at this.
