Blackscreen, shutdown and restart

Laptop HP Pavilion DV 6000 running Win7 Ultimate

Blackscreen is appearing when start and is continually shutting down and restarting for itself until I hold down power button to shut it off.
Have hooked it up to another monitor still getting blackscreen also have taken out harddrive, memory, CD drive and still getting blackscreen continuous shutting down and restarting

 

Sorry for not responding sooner. The problem is how can I download when am not seeing anything on screen and the immediate shutting down and restarting when powerup.

 

Create a "HP System Diagnostics" USB drive on a computer that works. Then boot the failing computer from this "HP System Diagnostics" USB drive.

Have tried solutions but no success screen is still black and continuous shut down and restart

 

Thank you it was a laptop given to me use it for about 6 months. Will have a go at it again or probably scrap it. Thank you guys.

 

have you tried system recovery?

 

Thanks for the suggestion nothing is coming up on screen and the system is shutting down and restarting very fast cannot do anything. Probable will scrap it at some point.
