Resolved How I find out what is instaling

I'm trying to install acouple things from ff that I like but as they download this box comes up saying it can not be installed because another program has not finished installing so try again after that other is done.

My question is I have No clue what is installing. Is there away to find out what is being installed and not finished.???

Hope somebody knows something. I'm getting so tired of all this I may be easier to buy a new laptop.
I have windows xp

 

Hi, are you Downloading software or are you Running the software?
If you Download to your Desktop or your Download Folder, you should be able install from there after closing your Browser.
If you Right click on a clear spot on your Taskbar - you will be able to open Task Manager > Applications and Processes and see if something is running at th same time. cheers Neil.
