Can't view videos on Int Expl.?

    Can't download videos using Int. Expl. Get message "You need to upgrade your Adobe Flash Player!" I have deleted and reinstalled AFP numerous times.No luck. I can view videos using Mozilla Firefox?.Talked to microsoft chat on line tech..she wanted $300 to fix it? I'm 85 so I hope I'm doing this right?
