Resolved Black Screen after installation of upgrade video card

    Click on the Start button and go to Search/All files and folders and see if you can find it.

    Since I no longer have the black screen problem, I've decided to mark this thread as resolved. Most likely the original cause of the problem was purchasing a used video card that was defective. I now am unable to find and remove the old ATI display software and install the NVIDIA display software... so I'm going to research that here and maybe start a new thread. Thanks for all your help
