    Hi all,

I wanted to know about laptop internal card compatibility. It looks to me like there is a half size and a full size but I am wondering if it is as simple as that because I also see (in Ebay) very specific text about what pc's the cards are compatible with. Is there anyway that I can tell if a full sized wireless adapter will work on my Gateway Mxxxxx?

The card I have now is:
    Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection

    Thanks,
    Jim Lee

What I can find on this it is a mini-PCI-express card.
Are you having a problem with it?

Nope. Just thinking about upgrading to the N standard. I got a min usb "N" and it is getting returned to sender. It slows my downloads down to a crawl.
