Contacts in Outlook do not match

When composing an email in MS Outlook Pro 2010, then utilizing the 'To…' tab to show the contact list, the contact list which is shown is not a complete list of the contacts in the 'Contact' section. For example, there are forty names in 'Contacts' and twenty appear in the list in the new email.

Both POP and IMAP "From" have been and there is no change. All selections under the pull-down list have been checked with no change.

The window that pops up is titled “Select Names: Contacts.” On this there are the words, “Address Book,” which is only text. Changing the “From” box, from IMAP to POP, presents identical results.
