I.E Ver 5.50 ISP connection gets disconnected

I am using WIn Me and I.E VERS 5.50 what happens is as soon as I connect to dial up ISP connection I get disconnected when I try to surf web page by I.E , had checked dial up property , time out etc . etc including I.E option for connection all is O.k but no sooner after I get connected and log in web site within few seconds connection gets disconnected , kindly guide me can I install I.E ver 6 on WIN Me where is the problem?

 

Hi Panchal, yes, by all means go to windows update and download all your critical updates. Though, how are you going to accomplish that if you keep getting kicked off the internet? Or does it correct itself after you re-connect?
