I'm looking for a recommendation of a card that will allow me to bring in composite video and audio. What I want to do is bring in the output of my Comcast CATV tuner so I can watch TV on my PC. I'd really like to have it in a re-sizable window as well.

I don't know how it compares to the other cards out there, but this is the card I use which supports composite all the way up to HDMI. Its a resizable window as well as offers recording support. Hopefully this is a start for you.

Here's a sample capture I took to test it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PHLkavexdXg

EDIT: I figured I should note since HDMI can transmit DRM information, recording any TV/videos in HDMI will be blocked by the program.

Thanks, Neutropia! Appreciate the quick reply. That card looks like it will do the trick.

Glad I could help. If you had any other in depth questions before you purchased, I'll try my best to answer about the card and program functionality.
