    So, what will I need to do when it goes to a BSOD again. How do I send the file?

    Can we assume that the issue is resolved and that you have had no further BSOD's and thus no dump files to debug?

    If that is the case please advise or if you simply do not want to pursue this any more I will mark the thread accordingly with a Staff comment that is only visible to Staff.

    I haven't resolved this issue. I didn't have a good data dump. I will pursue this issue after the Holidays.

    I also have another issue with that laptop. I'm working on a malware issue, that I started and had to postpone until after the Holidays.
