[Inactive] Installer stops without installing program

My problem began with the MSIExec service stopping in the middle of install and a windows dialog opening with the installer version and the dos command instructions in the popup. I did research and there is a lot of documentation about this happening to others but after trying all the fixes online, I am worse off than when I started. My installer service is set on automatic and is running. Problem now is that, not only can I not install anything it appears that the laptop won't allow me to update definitions for spyware software.

Logs are attached. Thanks in advance.

I don't see much malware-wise, but you're running two AV programs, AVG and MSE.
One of them has to go.
If AVG make sure you use AVG Remover to uninstall it: http://www.avg.com/us-en/utilities

Let me know, if it changes anything regarding your issue.

Thank you broni. Well, if an infection is ruled out and I've tried everything on the windows support...do you have any suggestions? Is there a forum on here that I might direct my question to?

Did you uninstall one of your AV programs?
