Can anyone please tell me where to find instructions on how to deal with draft messages. In particular when you do a draft message how do you send it etc.?
    Help would be appreciated.

Go ahead and select "create new mail ". When complete, select file, save(it goes to your draft folder). When you decide to send, just open the mail from the draft folder and send.

When you say the send command doesnt work, what exactly do you mean? You have to re-open the mail in the draft folder.
