After restoring my pc from scratch, I can't play my video clips. I get a message that reads; Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The file may be formatted with an unsupported Codex or the Internet security is set too high. Lower your browser's internet security and try again. I had no issues playing the videos before my machine crashed. I use Firefox 7.0.1 and can't locate the security settings, but will continue to look. Any support is appreciated.
    Thank you, Brimis

You proably need to install one of the "Codec Packs" that are on the internet. Hang tight, I'm sure someone can recommend something.

You hit it right on the barrel head. I just down loaded the XP Codec Pack, installed it and can now play my clips. As always, thank you,
    Brimis
