Resolved Trouble with Error always when opening Live Mail

    Hello, I keep getting an error each time I run & open Windows Live Mail 2011.
    The box that opens is this, can someone help me? I don't know how to do this?

    Unable to send or receive messages for the Gmail (cooldep) account-> Does this account sound familiar to you?

    When you look in account settings how many do you see? How many "should" be there?

    Steve what the heck do you mean, Of course the account is familiar, its mine and I see the only account I want, cooldep! I'm not undestanding.
