    A couple observations.

    1. I don't see an OS listed. With 8Gb of RAM, you need a 64-bit OS. And note OEM licenses are NOT transferable to new computers. In other words, it is illegal to use an OEM license that came with another computer on a new computer (or new motherboard). New computers require new licenses. So you will need to buy a new Windows license, or use one of the many and capable free Linux alternatives. Only full "Retail" licenses are transferable, and only if uninstalled from old computer first. But note, most users don't have Retail licenses.

    2. Damage attributed to overclocking is not covered under the CPU, motherboard, or RAM warranties.

    3. Using aftermarket coolers on "retail" boxed versions of Intel (or AMD) CPUs violates the terms of the warranty.

    4. No keyboard, mouse or speakers are listed.

    5. While you don't need a BluRay drive to install Windows, I would get a BluRay drive instead of a DVD in case you want to watch HD content from a BluRay disk on that gorgeous Samsung you have selected.
Note about #2 and #3: I realize violating the 3-year CPU warranty may not be a concern to many enthusiasts and gamers, and that's fine. It is just my mission to ensure users have all the information needed to make an informed decision, including the consequences. Again, if the warranty is not a concern to you, no big deal. But now you know.
