Hi. I am having a challenging situation with my desktop PC. I am using a HP Pavilion a350n desktop PC. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/product?lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&product=371643&. My problem is that my computer has become very slow over time, and I have deleted a lot of software's and cookies to see if it would become any faster, but unfortunately it has not. So i tried to do a full system recovery on the computer by pressing the button F10 as soon as the windows start up, and it seems to not do any effect. I thought the problem was because of the keyboard, so I replaced it with a brand new one and it still doesn't make any difference. I was told from a person that i can go through the "Start Menu" - "All Programs" - "Accessories" - "System Tool" - "System Restore" that it will reboot my computer. The only thing that program will do is restore to the last point. I would like to restore my computer to its original factory setting (basically like brand new). I don't know any other way to do this and I would like to learn some extra knowledge about this, and it would be greatl to get some help on it. Thanks!

    Hi,
To learn more about this ,visit the HP page here.

Also check other resources/questions at the bottom of the page.
Do you have an HP Recovery disc or do you have a Recovery partition?
Either way ,the HP pages will show you what to do.
How to restore when you have a Recovery partition or how to make a recovery disc etc

In general, always consult the manufacturer's website first for questions about your particular model.

BTW ,before you do any kind of restoration, save all your important data to an external drive.Personally I would do a complete backup, even if you won't use all the data after the restore. At least you can pick and choose as to what you want to bring back into the
    restored setup.
