Problem with direct X Windows 7 64bit

    Hello,

    A few days ago I reinstalled the PC. I have a genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. Everything worked as it should, until such time as I tried to start a game. (specifically GTA IV, Red Alert 3 Uprising and the Borderlands).
    Every time one of these games run error message pops up (see links below).

    translation for this error should be something like this: C:\windows\system32\d3dx9_35.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

    At first glance it seems that this is an error with Direct X, but I have installed latest version several times and I've already přeinstalovával, but without result.

    I also tried these. Dll files download and paste it into c: / ​​Windows/system32 /, but without any result.

    Before creating this topic, I googled for hours, but I do not know advice. I hope that there will be someone willing to help me.

    After you reinstalled Windows did you install the drivers for your hardware?

    Yes, I installed all the latest drivers. When I go to the Device Manager all the drivers seems to be fine.

    Installing the latest version won't help. You'll most likely need an older version.

    When you reinstalled the game it should have prompted you to install DirectX... Try reinstalling & allowing it to install it's DirectX version.

    Or check the CD/DVD and see if you can install it (without a full game re-install).

    I already tried installing Direct X from the game DVD. It didnt help :(
