Resolved Win7 on a USB flash drive possible?

    Move this if it's not in the right forum subject!!

    I was thinking if it's possible to load and run any windows OS (well, XP and above) on a USB flash drive.

    Yes, it's possible. Though Win 7 would be tough to do because the install needs about 16 GB.

    Running Windows 7 as a live cd, no. Installing Windows 7 from a USB drive, yes.

    Win 7 on a USB flash drive..... Great!!
    I also have the full verion of XP pro.

    Now, how can I get the steps on doing same?

    You can make a Windows 7 live media using WinBuilder (XP & other versions too).

    I had been searching for this. I was beginning to give up thinking that Win7 could be used as a PE project. Thank you.
