Resolved Need to repair/reload win7 home prem (64)

Friend has only blue screen at boot, same OS as mine and No DVD.

I thought about helping with my win 7 home premium (64bit) DVD.

Whats the best way or is it possible ??

 

Perhaps best to try and resolve the bluescreen don't you think?

What's the stop code of the BS and does the system boot in safe mode?

 

Yes, i'd like to fix the bootup issue but she said it hangs and no codes, i've tried to tell her over the phone about using F8 to get to a command line but her trying at this point is a no-go.

If ness, is my first post possible using my DVD and then chg it to her product key ?

I'm trying to prepare myself before I go to her home?

 

She went and bought a new computer... wow!!
She's a elderly senior and set in her way's that I didn't know.
