Not sure what's going on here with Outlook Express

The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's e-mail address. The sender's e-mail address was Removed by Mod for your security. Subject 'november', Account: 'mail.optusnet.com.au', Server: 'mail.optusnet.com.au', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '451 4.3.2 Please try again later', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 451, Error Number: 0x800CCC78

I take it other emails get sent ok? If so the recipients mailbox is temporarily unavailable, as the server responded, please try later.

Your identity may be corrupted - create a new one and test.

    Have you replocated the PC?
Your mail is setup with an ISP... If you move the pc to another location that is using a differrent ISP, that will cause mail to not be sent to avoid looking like a spammer.

    Let's try another approach ....

Your Outbox may be corrupted .....

Search for *.dbx - search hidden files & folders

With OE closed delete Outbox.dbx - it will be recreated next time OE is opened.

    Open OE and test.

Ok now this could prove tough as I am down to mobile phones and Samsung Galaxy Tab. Not sure or savvy enough to know if what you suggest can be carried out on these.
Its10:30pm here so I'll have to give it a go 2morow by tethering this Galaxy Tab to my desktop.
Have done my H/D in my laptop so not a pretty story.
    Cu later

Coming up 75 next week which introduces me to some legal lifechange scenarios here in Australia and on top of all that this techy stuff is challenging me as well. Laptop down, HD replacement I suspect. Desktop ageing like me and mobile phones that you need a degree to use their full potential. But then again I suppose I'm doing ok to manage what I can.
Now after that big whinge can I just express appreciation for the wonderful help you guys have been to me. I searched the net everywhere and tried a number of "possible "solutions which only led to more frustration.
BUT you guys saved the Night, thanks ever so much to you all,but it was you Pete that provided the solution.
    THANKS A MILLION
