Resolved Win 7 PDF Tablet 0.1 not opening

I just did a completely clean install of Windows 7 Professional.
Sometimes everything works fine but other times when I try to run or download something I get an error message saying---

PDF Tablet 0.1 not working windows will try to find an answer but nothing ever happens.

Anybody have any ideas?

 

I remember the PDF Tablet being on the OS when we first installed WIN 7-then for some strange reason I kept getting error messages--so I went to the net and finally found a PDF Tablet 0.1 but when I go to install in i get the message

"Free PDF Tablet 0.1 has stopped working.
A problem caused the program to stop working currently: Windows will close the program & notify you if a solution is available.

If have been thru MS Win 7 support troubleshooting but could not find anything.

When I do install from the NET I get the right ICON and it looks like the Free PDF Tablet but when I click on it I get the error message.

No I have not installed installed a PDF reader program? CAN YOU SUGGEST A GOOD RELIABLE ONE TO INSTALL?

Adobe's Acrobat PDF reader is the original but bloatware, I'd recommend Foxit Reader though there are many others out there.
