I have an item showing in my Windows 7 Uninstall program manager that has had all the software removed. I have tried using CCleaner which brings up the error " Another program is being installed, please wait ..." This is despite the fact that the PC has just been rebooted and nothing is being installed. Revo Uninstaller doesnt even show the program in the list.
When trying to use Windows 7 Control Panel it brings up the error message "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is not available" Click OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package (filename) in the box below.
    Use source (filepath).
Can you please help me remove the entry so I can reinstall the software correctly.
