Publisher 2010 and previous version compatibility

I have Publisher 2010 and need to read a file from Publisher 2007 each week. 2010 opens the document, but each time there are blank text boxes in the document which should display text in the Arial font. Other fonts in other boxes -- and all the images -- display as written. Is there something I can do to solve this issue?

 

Does this problem appears only in Publisher ? If Arial font itself is corrupted, you should be getting errors in other softwares too.
