Trouble loading XP on new computer

    I am having problems loading full version of XP on a new computer i just build. It is a 900mhz AMD, Chaintech motherboard, PNY Verto GeForce MX200 video, CD rom drive, and floppy drive. I am loading it directly from my cd rom, it starts loading files then when it is time to start Windows, the screen goes black for about 6 minutes and states that it couldn't install. It says: A kernel thread terminated while holding a mutex. Can someone help me.......please?

    Use another video card for the install and update the BIOS.
