Lost Folder in windows mail

    one of my folders has completly disapeard in windows mail, a couple of others are not showing but when I look in the file for windows mail/local folders they are there. I've tried importing them but get a message saying 'No messages found in this folder' I've tried importing them to another computer but get the same message.
    Is there anyway I can get these folders back?

    lost Folder

    I have managed to recover the two folders that were not showing in windows mail by creating new folders and copy and paste.
    But what is now the most important is the folder that has just gone, I do regular backups of all my emails to another computer but looking at these backups over the last two months and it didn't backup this one folder and all it's sub folders, strange, why?
