Available Space for Images on External HD

    As I understand it, by default Win 7 makes 30% of an ext HD available to store backup system images. How do I raise that to 50%? Thru the registry?

    One easy way is to partition the ext HD into two partitions of 50% each, and point to one of them in the Windows 7 back-up set-up.
