Resolved Why doesn't Norton One-Button Checkup fix anything?

I have used Norton System Work utilities forever and use them regularly in addition to other sw like MalewareBytes, Vipre etc. (I don't use Norton AV). (XP-Pro SP3)

Lately, I noticed that One Button (which is definitely configured to auto repair itself)always comes up with the exact same count of errors as the previous day. This is the same on my other main computer (different counts, of course). Two other computers work properly and show 0 counts and "errors fixed ".
As far as I can tell, all 4 are configured the same and run at the same time each night.

I don't understand why the counts don't change from day to day. There are no other messages to indicate anything else. I guess I could delete them and reload but it's a mystery.

 

Never mind, I fixed it by reloading Norton.
