Unwanted Hotmail contacts

WinXP Pro,Firefox4
Hello- My wife uses Hotmail a lot and when she forwards an email and selects contacts to receive it four false contacts are listed-Hot Chicks,Live Sexy Chat-are two examples.These are not listed in her Hotmail contacts when she just looks at her list but only appear at the bottom of her contact list when she clicks on an email to forward,clicks 'to' and when she selects contacts to receive her forwarded mail these spam contacts are automatically added to the list to receive her mail!
How do I remove those spam contacts??
