How is it possible? Windows can record on DVD-RW with closed session using Nero as recording software?

I`m 100% sure about closed session on that DVD media because I use that meda for frequent recording divx files. Typically when I record new file I chose No Multisession in Nero and if DVD is not empty Nero warns me about revriting and recording will continue.

Yesterday (for testing) I use builtin Windows to record new material and Windows normally writes files. I thinked that Windows erases old files but I was wrong. All previously recorded materials (with Nero and no multisession) was there + new recorded with Windows.

    I`m confused

Okay..but..session was already clossed with Nero and Windows can record on disk with closed session
Before that, disk was formated and(or) erased with Nero (v 8.3.2.1)

If it's a CDRW or DVDRW disk then even with closed session the disk can be re-written to. There's a difference between "closing" and "finalizing" disks.

See: Do I need to close or finalize my disc when I'm done burning? on this Microsoft page.

In Nero, even if uncheck "multi-session" the disk will not be closed unless when you burn it you use Finalize CD, no Multisession and DAO (Disc at Once). By default, Nero uses Track at Once (SAO or TAO), and disks are always multi-session.

But it sort of defeats the purpose to close RW disks. If want closed disks then use R, not RW disks.
