Outlook 2003 SP3 32 bit hebrew version with english pack on Windows7 64 bit english version
I can work with outlook and receive and send messages but the last time I have problems with the software. When I try to open the Calendar or the Help I receive a notification from the OS say me the application (outlook 2003) didn't work anymore and will be restarted or closed without any intervention from my self (don't like this).
Any help to troubleshooting will be appreciated

"First I'd start by running scanpst to see if the PST file needs to be repaired. "
The pst file was successfuly repaired, I try Fix and Repair , I make a new profile with a new pst file and run for a few hours but all those actions did not help to repair the error

Until now I can not open the calendar without the notification the Outlook stop working and need to restart or close the program.
    Any more idea?

    Thanks
    Daniel

Start Outlook in safe mode. If it runs fine in safe mode there's a good chance there is an add-ins or extension that is causing the problem.

You could also delete the Outcmd.dat file. This will reset Outlook to its default views and it will not restore custom toolbars or menus.

The Outcmd.dat file is located in your User Profile under \Users\{User Name}\App Data\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook.
