I have two computers with window 7

This might be silly question,but I have alot of concern with both my computers.I am writing on this forum,because I really trust all the reply's here, and this forum very much.Last week when I picked up my new laptop,at a computer shop,not a store.I asked, should I install any of these programs,Emsisoft,advance system care,system mechanic 10 pro. He said with window 7 ,that leave all that off except Malwarebytes,avast,superantispyware free,nothing else.I just want you all opinion because I don't want to regret that I didn't do something else right.I use my computer to go on webb sight's for parts for jet ski,or hometheater,riding mowers,ebay THX
