I'm not familiar with that software, but you will need to elaborate on what you are trying to do ....

I assume that your CD drive is RW - has the capability of burning?

What are you trying to copy - another CD?

With only a single RW drive the copy request will first copy the CD to the hard drive, request a blank CD and then burn it and delete the copy on the hard drive.

cd rw , it don't bring up my cd drive when I put a cd in to copy.

yes trying to copy another cd , but I can't see the drive the cd is in.

I cannot tell it to save to the hard drive or I can't copy because I can't see the drive to tell it what to do . it don't give me the option it use to its not there.

This may be caused by Roxio .....

Your CD drive or DVD drive is missing or is not recognized by Windows or other programs

    cd drive

No it's not the program when I use to put a cd in the cd drive it would bring up a menu asking me what I would like to do 1.copy, play in media player and so on.

now it wont bring up the menu and I was wondering how I can get it to do like it did in the pass bring up the menu.

You mean the Autoplay menu? - checkout the settings in Control Panel > Autoplay
