Resolved Live mail blank

Hi, I have Windows 7 Professional and have a problem with Windows Live Mail, when opening it , it opens but the first email in the inbox is blacked out and the rest is blank, it goes to solve the problem but it just runs forever.
I have to shut down the PC and restart, I used to be able to get it to work by Emailing myself a photo but the doesn't work anymore.
I have removed Windows Essentials and downloaded Windows Essentials 2011. it opened the first time I used it , but then it is back the same.
Any idea's , we have run all the scans etc but cant find any problems.
