Solved Files in my removable disk are changed into shortcuts

    yup. All my files, turned into shortcuts icon. which mean, if i double click it, it will look for my files. but all the short cutes are unusable already.

    It's still unclear to me, what you mean by shortcuts.

    I suggest, you finish all steps from my previous reply and then....

    In this forum, we make sure, your computer is free of malware and your computer is clean :)
    Because the access to malware forum is very limited, your best option is to create new topic about your current issue, at Windows section.
    You'll get more attention.

    at windows? i thought this is solving my problem..
    It's like this, all my folders and files in my hard disk is not accessible. They had become shortcut. the shortcut icons. and i couldnt not find my files in my hard disk( it is still there because my memory is still occupied by those files)

    By the way, thank you very much for all the supports and aids all these while =)

    As I said, in this forum, we make sure, your computer is clean and it is.

    Since you have some other issue, which wasn't solved by cleaning your computer, you need to create new topic in Windows XP forum to get more help on it.
