Language pack for Windows 7

I have an HP Stand Alone PC that came with Windows 7 Starter. I need to change the language pack from Spanish to English. Can I do this with a Windows 7 upgrade, and if so...which program do I need to purchase?

 

You'll have to upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate or Enterprise as those are the only versions of Windows 7 that can utilize the language packs. You can find more info here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/products/features/language-packs

Thanks Ryan for the quick response. I discovered there are 2 versions...standard version and upgrade, with the upgrade about $100 cheaper. Which version do I need to install with Windows 7 Starter?
