Resolved Outlook 2007 Send/Receive Issues

All of the sudden I can't send or receive emails. I get the error statement "Errors have been detected in the file C:\Users\mustang04\Appdata\local\microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst." Before I saw the error mesage I checked all of my settings, my ISP is Charter Communications, it's a POP and SMTP for in and out servers. Any help will be appreciated
