I am having a problem logging web site after getting connected to ISP and on logging it tries to open but error saying not able to display page I noted recvd bytes doesnot go beyond 850 to 2500 bytes hence thinking that it is modem connectivity problem I changed to new modem but still problem persist what is the reason anyone to guide please.
    where the problem lies?

    thanks Brett,

There is no problem with ISP as I used same line and connected my friends PC it is working fine hence no problem with line or ISP
Further I carriedout Modem doctor test in that there is something like carrier test on doing same on my modem it shows error in recvd response whereas diagnoisis of modem shows perfect.
I also tried other PCI slot to install modem car and changed new modem also to Creative Blaster thinking earlier modem might have been damaged but regret no change
