Resolved Can not download updates

Over the past week the computer has updated everthing except the .NET framework 4 update. that one in particular keeps failing. I removed it from the important list and the rest installed.

 

Arie has given you tons of good advice/solutions here. As for installing .NET framework, you can use the standalone package which is available as a separate download here. Take note the package is 48 MB and could take a while depending on your internet connection speed.
