Canon Printer won't install on Windows 7 system

    I cannot get my HP to download the driver to install my canon D320 imageclass driver. I get a message that it cannot be installed on this op system yet I have used it on here for 11 months! HELP!!!!

    Yes I have tried that several times...thats when I try to download program and get the message about unable to use on my op system.

    Did you uninstall the current driver?

    Did you try installing with administrator rights?

    Any (related) messages in your Event Viewer?
