Resolved WLM Error

Hi,
I cannot subscribe to Newsgroups using WLM 2009.
The WLM is default client both for News and Mail.
OS is XP pro sp3. Regular mail receiving/sending works OK.
The answer every time is: WLM error ID 400, Code: 800ccca0
I’m stumped.
How to solve this?

1. Originally in Newsgroups Subscription window the server name was "msnews.microsoft.com" and the answer is:

An unknown response was received in response to request for information from the news server "Microsoft Newsâ€.
400 Cannot connect to NNTP server 207.46.248.16 (207.46.248.16:119)
Connect error 10060

Firewall (Zonealarm 9.2): WLM is allowed application.

2. Then I changed server name to "ms.news.microsoft.com" and the answer is:

The server could not be found.
