I recently installed Windows 7 and Office 2010:rolleyes: So Far So Good
Outlook is only saving this days received emails. I can't find the the others in the System. Yesterday I received a Legal letter with a bit of detail, today I haven't got it.

I have checked the AutoArchive Settings all selections are greyed out.
Where to from there Knowledgable Ones?

    Thank You in anticepation.

Click on the Inbox to highlight and then look through the "view" options.

Once you've received it - you should have it....

Your OL may be set to hide read messages. Have a look in the help file how to fix that, I'm not running OL2010.

    Thank You Steve and Arie

I had a view of the View options - apart from adding DO NOT AUTO ARCHIVE. I didn't see anything that rang lucid bells.

Yes Arie, HIDDEN is what the must be, but I got no closer to the combination to free them from hidden. "Hide when Read" didn't show up in a search.
"Hide messages marked for deletion" is a fact.

I will look at it again in the morning after a sleep.

I have just realised that it is not sending emails either. I will test for conflicts, Avast was mention somewhere. I have Office 2007 to resort to.
    Thanks Trevor
