When I right-click a webpage and select "create shortcut ", a shortcut icon appears on my desktop for that webpage. How can I change the icon if I prefer a different one? It was easy with Windows XP, but Windows 7 is a different story. When I right-click the icon I want to change, I don't see anything familiar.

Right click the shortcut and select "properties" inside this you will find the option to change the icon.

Buggers! Flatirn2, I guess we were typing at same time. Faster on the typing finger, you win this shoot out.

Thanks guys, problem almost solved, the only difference I see between Windows 7 and XP in this particular case is, when I click Browse to find another icon file there is a selection of file names I don't recognize. I wouldn't know how to open or which one to open to find more icons. I'm familiar with SYSTEM\setup.dll, SYSTEM\pifmgr.dll,SYSTEM\shell32 (already available). Can you tell me how to find another icon file using the Browse option?
